Travel Insurance
Travel insurance offers coverage for many instances of cancellations (emergencies, accident, illness, death in family) as well as a variety of other coverage from lost luggage to medical assistance in the country of travel. We encourage all travelers to choose a travel insurance plan that suits their individual needs. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received in writing more than 90 days prior to the start of the tour: Tour deposits and payments are refundable minus $500
- Cancellations received in writing 90-60 days prior to the start of the tour: 50% of the tour price is refundable.
- Cancellations received in writing less than 60 days prior to the start of the tour: 100% of the tour price is nonrefundable.
